2. Order and Agreement

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • We cannot ship to that country
  • There is an error in the price or product information
  • There is a suspicion of fraud or abuse

In such cases, the full amount will, of course, be refunded.

3. Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed in one of the following currencies:

  • DKK (danske kroner)
  • NOK (norske kroner)
  • SEK (svenske kroner)
  • EUR (euro)
  • USD (U.S. dollars)

We use a currency converter, which means that prices are converted based on current exchange rates.

The price displayed at checkout in the selected currency is the final price you will be charged.

There may be minor price fluctuations due to changes in exchange rates.

We do not charge VAT.

4. Payment

We accept payment via Stripe.

The amount will be charged once the order is completed.

We do not store your payment information. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

5. Products

We sell custom-made flags that customers design themselves through our website.

Since the products are custom-made based on your selections, there may be slight variations in color and appearance compared to the design shown on the website.

6. Delivery

We ship to the EU, the U.S., Canada, and much of the rest of the world.

Delivery time and shipping cost are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination and production time.

Since these products are custom-made, please allow for a production period before shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs authorities.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Since all products are custom-made according to the customer's design, they are not covered by the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal expires once production has begun.

8. Complaints

You are, of course, entitled to file a complaint regarding defects or deficiencies in your product.

9. Personal Information

We process your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Information is used only for:

  • Processing and Delivery of Your Order
  • Customer Service
  • Legal purposes (e.g., bookkeeping)

We only share information with:

  • Stripe (payment)
  • Fulfillment and Shipping Partners (Delivery)

10. Liability

Student Nations kan ikke holdes ansvarlig for indirekte tab eller følgeskader i forbindelse med brug af vores webshop eller produkter.

Our liability is limited to the value of each individual order.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will always be the one that applies to your order.
