Vi hos Student Nations ønsker, at du bliver glad for dit køb. Da vores produkter er specialfremstillede efter dine egne designvalg, er der dog nogle særlige vilkår, som er vigtige at kende.

Custom-made products

All of our flags are custom-made based on your design.

This means that the product is custom-made, and therefore, as a general rule, the purchase is not covered by the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or returned.

If something is wrong

If, contrary to expectations, there is a defect with your product, we will of course be happy to help.

This applies if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product was damaged upon delivery
  • The product differs significantly from the design you ordered

If you encounter a problem, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Please send:

  • Product photos
  • A brief description of the problem

That way, we can help you faster.

What happens next?

Once we've reviewed your inquiry, we'll get back to you shortly with a solution.

If your claim is approved, we will offer either:

  • A new production and delivery of the item, or
  • Refund of the product's price

We evaluate the best solution based on the specific situation.

Returns

If it becomes necessary to return the item, this will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

As a general rule, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend shipping with tracking, as we cannot guarantee delivery without it.

Reimbursement

If the reimbursement is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Only the price of the product will be refunded
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
